It Started With a Simple Idea: Diving Should Be About More Than a Certification
 

I didn’t start Beyond the Buoy Diving because I wanted to simply run another dive shop.
 

I started it because I believe diving should be about becoming a better diver—not just earning another certification card.
 

For me, diving has never been just a recreational activity. It has been a discipline, a challenge, a way to explore places most people will never see, and a lifelong pursuit of learning. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to experience diving from a lot of different perspectives. Those experiences have shaped the way I approach diving, training, equipment, and ultimately, the kind of dive company I wanted to build.
 

That is where Beyond the Buoy began.
